Hi Im Laurie ! I believe a nail appointment should be something you genuinely look forward to.
With Glamtoyou you will get one-on-one manicures and pedicures with an experienced nail technician, where advanced techniques, thoughtful nail care and a genuinely personal experience come together.

Every appointment is reserved especially for you. To ensure I can provide every client with the same dedicated, one-on-one experience, I kindly ask that you take a moment to familiarise yourself with Glamtoyou's standards and policies prior to booking.

• Securing Your Appointment.
A 30% booking fee is required to confirm your appointment.
The remaining balance can be paid at the end of your appointment using the same card, or by cash if preferred.

• Rescheduling and Cancellations.
Plans can change, and I completely understand. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the 30% booking fee.

• Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows.
Appointments cancelled on the day of your appointment, or missed without notice, will incur an additional charge of 50% of the scheduled service, resulting in a total charge of 80% of the booking value.

• Punctuality and Arrival
The 10-Minute Grace Period: Life happens, so I offer a 10-minute window. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a simplified service or cancellation to protect the next client’s time. No-show fees apply.
*Please don't arrive more than 3 minutes before your scheduled time*

• I DON'T, work on very bitten nails or nails with infections.

• This isn't your quickie shopping centre mani. I take my time to do it right, so check service times when booking.

• We can have a nice chat , you can also decide to watch your Netflix show or listen to a podcast and we can also simply listen to the background music. This is your time and I want you to feel comfortable.

• In Balmain Studio - I'm happy to offer you here a coffee, tea, glass of water for your appointment :)
